TPU Layflat Hose for Fracking
PME Industrial’s fracking hoses are high pressure, strong polyurethane lay flat discharge hoses designed for aggressive water pumping around mine and drill sites. Being totally lay-flat, this product is light-weight and easy to handle. The transfer of the fracking hose to the deployment system is fast and easy. Spooled from the packing onto the reelers for easy deployment along haul roads or down the pit wall, pumping can begin in a matter of hours instead of days.

Material & Coating
Integrated inner and outer coating of abrasion resistant Polyurethane. The hose is UV stabilized and highly resistant to oil and chemicals.
Terrain & Conditions
Extra abrasion resistant for rugged terrain and extreme conditions. It remains flexible in all weather conditions from -55°C to +80°C (-67°F to +176°F).
End Couplings
Available with premium Storz, Victaulic, Camlock couplings, or fully customized upon customer request to fit existing high-volume pumping irons.
Applications & Quality
Engineered for heavy-duty, high pressure applications with pH3 – pH10 at ambient water temperature. Manufactured by an ISO 9001 approved company.
