NBR FIG 1502 Hammer Union Seals: Brass & Stainless Steel Backups

Shanghai PME Industrial recently completed a successful shipment of premium NBR FIG 1502 Hammer Union Seals to major oilfield service providers in Europe. Specifically designed for 2-inch and 3-inch high-pressure flowlines, these seals are critical for maintaining integrity in hydraulic fracturing and acidizing operations across the North Sea and onshore European basins.

Our inventory caters to diverse operational needs by offering two types of reinforcement: Brass Backup Ring Seals and Stainless Steel Backup Seals. While both prevent seal extrusion under 15,000 PSI pressure, Brass backups are preferred for their performance against the union seat, whereas Stainless backups offer superior corrosion resistance in aggressive chemical environments.
