PME gear operated plug valves are designed and forged of high strength alloy steel body in house. The gear operator is easy to apply low torque for PME larger  plug valves in 3" FIG1502, 4" FIG 1002, and 4" FIG 1502.

PME low torque plug valves apply on the high pressure manifold for cementing, fracturing, acidizing and coiled tubing for harsh oil and gas industry. PME gear operated plug valves are easy to operate, maintain and competitively priced.

Besides of manual plug valve and hydraulic operated, the flowline valves with gear operated features low torque, hand wheel operation and working pressure up to 15000 Psi for standard service and 10000 Psi for sour gas (H2S) service.

The plug valves with hand wheel are manufactured by PME Industrial accroding to API 6A and sour gas (H2S) service, also meet NACE MR-01-75. The gear operated plug valves consist of valve body, plug, insert set, seal kit and roll pin and hand wheel. Repair Kits are options.

PME Industrial gear operated plug valves adopt hammer union connections with male and female end, other connections Threaded, API flanges can work as PME Clients' requirement.
