Usage: The floating oil conveying hose is widely used for conveying offshore petroleum and other oils. It can be of oil-resistant, aromatic cyanogens-resistant, corrosion-resistant, pressure resistant, yield-resistant, anti-impact; wear-resistant ultraviolet-proof outer rubber, continuous conductive, easy for installation, safe, flexible. Structure:
- Liner: As internal flow enclosure wall, prevent overflowing of liquid, this layer ids made of HNBR and PVDF.
- Reinforced layer: bear own weight and end load, increase tensile strength of hose, this layer is made of nylon cord thread, polyester cord thread, and steel wire core thread.
- Wound steel wire reinforced layer: mainly increase integrity of hose, under pull and negative pressure (0.085Mpa), keep the structure and size of hose. The steel wire can be high strength carbon steel or other alloy steel, after filling rubber, pre-formed, wound lead and steel wire section diameter can be changed with hose diameter.
- Floating layer: this layer make hose floating. Material is PE sheet, no water absorption, bent, no broken features, with certain elongation, specific gravity is between 0.1-0.108; or adopt natural rubber sponge, specific gravity is 0.15.
- Outer layer: Material is aging-resistant, wear-resistant, weather-resistant, daylight resistant, oil resistant, sea water resistant performance, CR and CSM, CPE combined rubber layer or polyurethane material or butadiene styrene rubber.
