Hammer Union assemblies are fabricated by male ends, female ends and wing nuts.

Figures like FIG 206, FIG 602, FIG 1002, FIG 1502 are marked on the wing nuts, along with the working pressure of hammer union as CWP 2000 Psi, CWP 6000 Psi, CWP 10000 Psi, CWP 15000 Psi.

For some hammer unions assembly, there are a bit different inside structure. Segment rings and springs are as parts of union assemblies.

PME Industrial also makes Viton Seal Ring for the repairs of hammer union for expand union's service life.  

All PME hammer unions hard parts are made by quality alloy steel like 35CrMo, AISI 4130 or other material as clients require. Wing nuts are heat treatment after forging, that is, quenching and tempering just like PME other premium flowline irons: integral pup joints, swivel joints and plug valves!
